Haha, this was one of Gintama's greatest episodes. I was never for comedies but man, this series continues to deliver! I agree, I absolutely love how he accidentally kicked the sign and ended up in a coffin. And the Elder...oh my, that was just purely epic. I haven't enjoyed an episode from any series like this one in a very long time. And as it was the last episode for the second series, it was definitely a great close!

Poor elder indeed, was actually slightly disturbed when they split him!! ^^; But the funniest part for me was the swordfish stabbing. The music, and Katsuo's 'Love is indeed profound and unfathomable' where just too hilarious XD
This episode was great throughout, but the second half with the RPG was the better part. Gintoki using the Elder to move himself and Hijikata's coffin was priceless, as was the ending.
i lmaoed so many times with the elder and how 'kintoki' and 'dick scum' heh heh used the elder to beat the crap outta everything and how okita and kagura bring in more exaggerated weapons the king and demon king lol
thats an awesome game and if they should keep the bugs poison and low health attributes lol

XD Hijikata's death was gold. I lost it when Gintoki started using the Elder as a pole xD And the way the split him in two...Damn it, only Gintama.

im crying im laughing so hard and i finished the episode about 10 minutes ago, this is the funniest episode in any anime that ive seen thus far, i hope it continues to be this funny as im finally halfway through this series
nobunaga vomitting, hijikatas death, and elder as a weapon were the best parts of the episode

That was the ultimate game parody and possibly the most epic Gintama episode thus far!
The whole Dating Sims part was too hiliarious. Getting stabbed by a swordfish for not helping the lead character LOL. I'll play Dating Sims games if they were this random at all.

Has to be my favorite so far. Random poising, hijikata dieing from stubbing his toe, the elder, Okita buys a king, and Kagura is super bad-ass. LOL the people in the room getting their asses kicked and getting interrogated.
This was actually the very first Gintama episode that I watched (don't ask me why, I just randomly selected it) and I laughed harder than I ever have before or since in any anime. It got me completely hooked on Gintama in just one episode, and it was just as hilarious the second time around. A+ material, just awesome!
